Pollyphonics

The Pollyphonics' first performance on 12 June 2008 set the scene for great things to come. The choir's December 2008 fundraising performance for local families in need was a sell out with a waiting list of people wanting tickets. This new, mixed voice choir based in Woodend sings a blend of soul and spiritual’s, global folk and contemporary songs. The emphasis is on harmonies, rhythm, dynamics, and having fun!

The choir now has a comprehensive performance calendar stretching twelve months in advance.

The Pollyphonics recently performed at the Malmsbury Festival:

The Pollyphonics are conducted by professional choral director, Polly Christie. Polly conducts and inspires a talented and diverse range of Macedon Ranges men and women in this exciting new choir. The choir is open to all lovers of singing, especially those who have had some previous experience.
