| Park site stretches from Kindergarten to Five Mile Creek |

The Woodend Children’s Park took a major leap forward in March when Macedon Ranges Council agreed to allocate vacant land next to the Woodend Kindergarten for the initiative. Community working bees have already begun transforming this large site which features easy access to the town centre, primary schools and the kindergarten. |

| Pavers now available, make your mark in the park |

Get your own personalised paver to be installed in the park. Decorate it with children's drawings & messages, or use as a record of anniversaries/birthdays, or a tribute to someone special. | 25% funds already raised and thermometer is rising fast |

Have you seen the fundraising thermometer recently? You can monitor progress on site or online. The Woodend community has raised over $75,000 already to keep the thermometer rising fast towards the $300,000+ needed to build the park. Donate $500 or more to join the 500 Club, or become a Bronze, Silver, or Gold supporter.

| Barker Trailers donates $10,000 to Children's Park |

Barker Trailers was established in 1974 and is based at a vast, modern trailer plant in Woodend. Barker Trailers pride themselves on their ability to manufacture a first-class product and have donated $10,000 to ensure Woodend Children's Park is also first-class. |

| Tylden Quarry donates $10,000 to Children's Park |

A collaboration of the Woodend Children’s Park committee, local and State Government have been working together throughout the project's journey and representatives from each were welcomed at the Tylden Quarry for the Fulton Hogan’s cheque handover; Donna Petrovich MP, Cr John Connor, MRSC CEO Peter Johnson, and Sustainability Director Dale Thornton, along with Woodend Children's Park Committee members. |
