News 12 June 2008 Rotary Club of Woodend donates $5,000 The magic of Rotary is that it allows ordinary people to achieve extraordinary things. For over one hundred years, ordinary people around the world have been enjoying Rotary so that the power of one unites with the power of many to bring about exceptional change in the world. Rotary Woodend are now Gold Supporters of Woodend Children's Park. Rotary's $5,000 donation will go directly into the building of a Park that will benefit the whole community and is another example of ordinary people achieving extraordinary things in Woodend. Rotary Club extended invited Kellie Duff and Kelly Clune from Woodend Children's Park to Rotary's annual changeover dinner for the presentation.
