JESS PRITCHARD will share her experiences and discuss how and why Baby Wearing is so beneficial and how it can work for you.

24 Aug EMOTIONAL PREPARATION FOR BIRTH - Birth is a most wondrous event, but the hormones which are active during pregnancy and after can play havoc with your emotions.   14 Sep SUPPORT IN LABOUR - The people chosen to surround a women during labour and birthing need to be the right people to ensure a positive labour. The importance of these people is often overlooked and sometimes the people in attendance (often partners) cant live up to our expectations. So who is right and why? How can a Doula be invaluable?
